Job Description

Job Title: Service Coordinator (Experienced)
Location: Biggins Hill
Department: Operations / Service Delivery
Hours: Monday to Saturday (08:00 – 16:00)


Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and installations for field technicians.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and issue resolution.
    • Monitor service schedules and adjust assignments to optimize technician productivity and response times.
    • Track service jobs from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure.
    • Maintain service records, work orders, and customer information in the company’s service management system.
    • Collaborate with operations, technical teams, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Manage urgent service requests and escalate complex issues when necessary.
    • Communicate with technicians to provide job details, materials requirements, and updates.
    • Prepare reports on service performance, job status, and operational metrics.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & Experience
    • Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a Service Coordinator, Service Dispatcher, or similar operations support role.
    • Experience coordinating field service teams or technical staff.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in service management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
    • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
