We’re looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant ready to build strong client relationships, grow their desk, and thrive in a supportive but results-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and developing your own desk in a sector of your choice
• Driving proactive sales and developing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing, matching & guiding candidates through the full recruitment process
• Adapting to market trends and delivering results with energy and confidence

What we’re looking for:

• Previous recruitment/sales experience with a proactive approach
• Confidence in building relationships with clients and candidates
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to move with the market
• A genuine desire to deliver outstanding results
• Full driving licence (essential)

The Package:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (flexibility needed to fit role demands)
• Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000pa + uncapped commission
• Crawley / hybrid working
