Chef-De-Partie - Heathrow Airport

We at Aviation Recruitment Network LTD are recruiting for Chef-de- Partie position for a luxury branded Lounge at London Heathrow Airport-Various terminals.

Pay Rate for CDP £16.00 p/h + (£20.72 - £30.00 p/h Bank Holiday Premiums)

Shift Times: 04:30 am – 14:00 pm and 13:30 pm – 22:00 pm (4 on 2 off)

The roles will involve working shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays.


As a Chef-de -Partie, you will be responsible for:

· Preparing food for service, including breakfast and an a la Carte menu.
· Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
· Always Maintaining quality hygiene standards within the production areas
· Ensuring that the kitchen is running effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards
· Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working to set meal and portion plans

Successful Chef- de-Partie will receive:

· Meal whilst on duty.
· Weekly or monthly pay.
· Full time hours between 37.5hrs or 40hrs per week.
· Designer uniform and ongoing training with progression.

To be considered for our positions:

· Experience of cooking European or Continental cuisine.
· Similar experience within a hotel, airport, restaurant, banqueting, contract catering, or similar catering environment.
· Food hygiene certifications.
· Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport.
