We are currently recruiting for a Special Projects Technician to join a busy and innovative manufacturing environment in Pershore. This role is ideal for someone with strong electro-mechanical assembly experience who enjoys working on high-complexity builds, prototypes, and specialist projects.

Key Responsibilities 🔧 Manufacture a range of high-complexity electro/mechanical assemblies
🔧 Build first-off and prototype assemblies, providing manufacturing information to support procedures and documentation
🔧 Machine cabinets and enclosures to required specifications
🔧 Manufacture complex wiring looms
🔧 Interpret electro/mechanical drawings, procedures, and technical documentation
🔧 Use a variety of electro/mechanical hand tools and machine tools
🔧 Test electro/mechanical assemblies to ensure quality and functionality
🔧 Operate jigs, fixtures, and specialised manufacturing equipment
🔧 Perform medium-complexity soldering to a high standard
🔧 Apply adhesives and coatings using appropriate tools and equipment
🔧 Fault find and troubleshoot electro/mechanical assemblies
🔧 Support off-site installations, fault finding, and repair work when required

What We’re Looking For ✔ Experience in electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
✔ Experience with soldering, wiring, and assembly techniques
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
✔ Ability to work on prototype and specialist builds
