Deputy Nursery Manager

Network Healthcare are currently recruiting a permanent Deputy Nursery Manager to work in a small Nursery in Slough, Berkshire. The position is for 45 hours per week and the Nursery is a small 30 place setting.

As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children.

You will lead a team of enthusiastic staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leading and managing the nursery team/Supporting the manager
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Creating and implementing engaging educational programs
- Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff
- Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

**What We're Looking For:**
- A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
- Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best care possible

In return the Nursery is offering a starting salary of £32,000 per annum, 25 dyas holiday per year, parking available on site, ongoing training and support and discounted childcare
