Job Description

Administrator - Aylesbury

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Office Administrator for our Automotive client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8am-6pm (1 Saturday in 3) ( 9am-1pm)

Duties:

- To be the first point of contact for visitors
- Processing of sales orders for parts
- Generating and processing invoices 
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers to arrange repairs 
- Responding to customer email enquires

Requirements:

- Great attention to detail
- Great customer service skills
- Previous experience in the Automotive industry
