Temporary Student Accommodation Manager – £20/hr | London SE1 | 4–8 Weeks

Are you a confident leader with a passion for creating welcoming, well-run spaces? Join a dynamic student accommodation provider in the heart of London SE1 as a Temporary General Manager and help shape a positive experience for residents from around the world.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4–8 weeks

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Location: London SE1

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, shifts between 8am–6pm

What You’ll Be Doing

As the go-to person on site, you’ll keep operations running smoothly and ensure students feel supported and safe. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading front-of-house customer service and reception
• Handling student queries with warmth and efficiency
• Escalating issues to relevant departments when needed
• Overseeing building maintenance and facilities
• Greeting visitors and managing emails and calls

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead with empathy and clarity. Ideally, you bring:

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role
• A strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid IT skills, especially with MS Office
• Confidence working independently and making decisions
