Retention/Sales Executive
£35,000 plus commission (OTE £40/45,000plus)
Location: Close to Farringdon, London
Company: Leading Corporate Services Company
Are you passionate about customer retention and have a natural flair for upselling?
An excellent opportunity for a dynamic Retention Executive to join this leading corporate service company You will work within a dynamic team at their offices close to Farringdon.
If you have a background in Retentions, Sales and Customer Service , then this is an excellent opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
" Liaise with clients via phone, live-chat, and email regarding renewable services.
" Upsell various services to existing clients.
" Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client retention.
" Report directly to the Head of Sales/Retentions.
" Make outbound calls to clients
" Collate and report customer feedback
" Work collaboratively within a team environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
" Minimum of 2 years' experience in Retentions or Sales.
" Strong customer service skills.
" Excellent communication abilities.
" Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
" Ideally educated to Degree level or equivalent.
