Job Description
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s overarching business goals.
- Oversee the European sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the Retail sector, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Foster and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to refine sales strategies.
- Deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Guide, mentor, and support the sales team to drive performance, foster continuous learning, and promote professional growth.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close high-value deals with key clients.
Experience:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in sales leadership, specifically in Retail & BPO - Essential
- In-depth understanding of the European Retails landscape and regulatory environment.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis platforms.
