Cactus Search are proud to go to market in their quest to find a Senior Project Manager to join its client change function based in the West Midlands.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of all projects by their team, for the coordination of the projects and management of their inter-dependencies, including oversight of any risks.

The Senior Project Manager will provide overall integrity and coherence of all projects maintaining a collaborative environment that will support individual projects within it through PMO governance framework, to ensure programmes/projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

What we need you to have…

• At least 5 years of experience of delivering projects
• Prince2 Practitioner or APM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to a range of audiences, acting as translator between parties when needed
• Superb stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• Able to motivate other and lead change
• Good influencing skills
• Able to challenge constructively
• Previous people management experience
• Solid understanding of IT release and deployment processes
• Excellent understanding of multiple change management methodologies
