A fast-growing company is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to join their marketing team. This role focuses on creating engaging content including posts, graphics and short-form media to drive online engagement and brand awareness.

The position offers a competitive salary plus a monthly bonus scheme with first year OTE of £32,000 – £35,000. Employees also benefit from company incentives including bonuses, rewards and international team holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging social media content for multiple platforms.
• Develop ideas for posts, campaigns and promotions.
• Produce graphics, captions and short-form content.
• Work with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging.
• Track engagement and suggest improvements to content strategy.
• Stay up to date with trends and social media best practices.
• Assist with planning and scheduling upcoming content.

Requirements:

• Experience creating social media content.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Basic design or editing skills beneficial.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
