Children's Social Worker, Out of Hours Assessment Service, Plymouth
Role Overview:

Pertemps is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Out of Hours Assessment Service in Plymouth.

• Conduct out-of-hours assessments for children and families in crisis.
• Respond to emergency safeguarding concerns and make informed decisions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, liaising with multi-agency partners.
• Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
• Extensive experience in children’s safeguarding and crisis intervention.
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible, out-of-hours shifts.
