Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
  • Provide individual and small group support to students, helping them overcome academic challenges and build confidence.
  • Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources to enhance students' learning experiences.
  • Support classroom management efforts to maintain an inclusive, respectful, and productive learning environment.
  • Help students develop study skills, self-confidence, and a love for learning.
  • Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to academic reports.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the school community.
Essential Requirements:
  • A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
  • A genuine passion for education and a goal to pursue a teaching career.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with students and staff.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to contribute to the team and bring fresh ideas.
  • Previous experience working with young people, in either a paid or voluntary capacity, is desirable.
