3D CAD Coordinator (Fabrication CadMEP)

My client are a privately owned Mechanical Contractor based in Surrey who have been operating for over 20 years.

As a business, they employ circa 35 staff across the board and specialise in Fast Track Commercial Office Fit out projects in London with Project values ranging from £500k – £11.5Mil.

They are seeking a 3D Cad Coordinator to join their team of 5 using Autodesk Fabrication CadMEP.

THE ROLE – 3D CAD Coordinator (Fabrication CadMEP)
 

Monday – Friday / 9.00 – 17.30


You will be working on London based Commercial Fitout Projects up to a value of £11.5mil.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure that MEP systems are designed, modelled, and coordinated effectively using CADMEP software.
• Lead and participate in coordination meetings to identify and resolve design conflicts between different trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure all MEP designs meet project specifications and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all fabrication models, drawings, and design documents.
• Prepare reports on model completion, fabrication timelines, and design issues for management review.
• Assist in creating and updating CADMEP templates and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.

 

SALARY & PACKAGE

 

• Salary: Negotiable / Would also be open to a Day Rate

• 20 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays (increases to 25 Days after 2 years service)
