Payrate - £40.52 

Location: Hybrid working, with 2-3 days in the office in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct statutory visits for Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC).
• Chair CIN and Core Group meetings.
• Manage a caseload of CIN, CP, and CIC, including cases within Public Law Outline (PLO) or S31 Care Proceedings.
• Prepare Court reports, risk assessments, and parenting assessments, with support from senior practitioners or team managers when attending court.
• Participate in the duty rota to provide immediate support where necessary.
• Attend Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) and Review Child Protection Conferences (RCPC), and prepare conference reports.
• Assess and manage risks effectively to safeguard children and young people.
