Payrate - £35.37

We are seeking an innovative and dedicated Social Worker to join our Assessment Team, delivering frontline services that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete social work assessments and hold Child in Need (CIN) plans.
Progress cases to Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC) where appropriate.
Conduct joint investigations, with ABE training preferred.
Apply the Signs of Safety model effectively in assessments and interventions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social work practice within an assessment team.
Ability to drive and access to personal transport (Cornwall Council pool cars available for booking).
