Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut metal and other materials according to job specifications.
• Programming & Adjustments: Read technical drawings, adjust machine settings, and optimise cutting parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Routine Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely and efficiently.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work area.

 
What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in laser cutting operations (Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada, or similar machines preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Basic programming knowledge for laser machines is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of health & safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
