Electrical Site Supervisor

My client are an M&E Contractor who are based in Essex.

Been operating for 12 years and Company turns over about £5mil.

Currently employ about 22 staff across the business and specialise in Office Fit outs (CAT A & CAT B), Schools, Universities, Private Medical Facilities across London & The Home Counties.

Projects range up to the £600k mark (M&E)

They are now seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to join the team on a permanent basis to Supervisor 2 Projects.

THE ROLE – ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISOR

Monday – Friday / 8am – 4pm 

As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be manging your own diary. Spreading your time accordingly over the 2 sites and also the office or from home.

The role is an off the tools role and will be pure supervision.


Duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Sitting with main contractors
• Going through, reviewing & amending drawings
• Managing employed labour and sub contractors
• Ordering materials for site (liaising with procurement team)
• Weekly site audits with reports being submitted to the office
• Coordinating with all trades

 

2 Projects

• Commercial Office Fit Out in London- £450k (M&E)
• Medical Centre in Hertfordshire - £600k (M&E)
