Adult Social Worker, First Contact Team, Stockton on Tees  
Pay - £27 per hour.   

To provide a comprehensive Social Work service to Adults and their carers across the Stockton Borough within the First Contact team which is the front door for Adult social care in Stockton Borough council. 
The First Contact Adults team is based at Dunedin House in Stockton and the worker would be expected to work in the office 2-3 days per week but this would be more at the start until trained. There is then an option to work at home following training for 2-3 days per weeks. 
 
There is plenty of hybrid working available
