Assistant Warehouse Supervisor – Evesham
💷 Pay Rate: £13.63 per hour
🕗 Hours: 8am–5pm (some flexibility may be required)

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support smooth daily operations at our Evesham facility. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong leadership potential, a sharp eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse using a stock management system
• Managing daily manifests and ensuring all paperwork is accurate and on time
• Supporting warehouse staff and helping to maintain high safety standards
• Checking stock levels, booking deliveries, and assisting with audits and adjustments
• Communicating with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
• Completing essential reports, including purchase and inter-branch order tracking

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence – essential
• Bendi truck experience – highly desirable
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in warehouse administration or supervision
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
