Hours: 07:45 – 16:30, Monday – Thursday and 07:30 – 13:30 on Friday
Contract Type: Full time - Temp to Perm
 
A Manufacturing company based in Worcester are seeking a Production Operative / Assembly to join their expanding team on a temp to perm basis. The company themselves have over 40 years’ experience in casting supplying to a range of high-profile customers.
As a Production Operative / Assembly, you will be responsible for:

• Assembling products by hand and with the use of hand tools.
• Inspect wax molds for defects and repair as needed
• Apply coating to wax assemblies
• Moving through different parts of the Production area determined by the needs of the business.

As a Production Operative / Assembly, you will be required to:

• Have worked as a Production Operative/ Wax Cell Operator before would be essential.
• Precious experience in an Assembly or Manufacturing environment would be essential.
• Previous experience using tools would be beneficial but not essential.
• A committed and enthusiastic approach to work will be essential.
• Flexible with shifts and willing to work overtime as and when needed by the business.
