Location: Worcester
Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a talent for building relationships and driving sales? We’re seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our Worcester team. If you’re skilled in direct sales, have a professional approach, and are confident on the phone, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and following up on leads.
- Client Relationship Building: Connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our solutions effectively, building long-term relationships that benefit both the client and our business.
- Sales Development: Meet and exceed sales targets with an uncapped commission structure, actively contributing to our growth strategy.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process for new clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in Sales or Business Development: Previous experience in direct sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role is ideal.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. The ability to quickly learn new software or systems is a plus.
- Telephone Manner & Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and engaging telephone manner with excellent listening skills. You’ll be adept at building rapport, handling objections, and guiding conversations towards successful outcomes.
- Organisation & Time Management: Strong organisational skills to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions effectively.
- Self-Motivated and Resilient: Driven to succeed independently, with a proactive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for travel within the region.
- Uncapped Commission: Achieve more with no limits on your earning potential.
