Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

About the Role:
As a Paint and Coatings Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and development of our products. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will conduct quality control tests, prepare samples, and assist in product development and troubleshooting to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests on paint and coatings to ensure quality and consistency.
• Support the development of new formulations and products.
• Maintain accurate records of testing and results.
• Ensure the work environment complies with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product performance.

About You:

• Previous experience in a laboratory or production environment, preferably within the paint or coatings industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driving licence is essential due to the company’s location.
