💰 Pay: £11.64 - £15.17 per hour
⏰ Hours: Days (Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 15:45 & Friday, 07:00 – 14:45)
📄 Contract: Temp-to-Perm / Permanent

A well-established wood products manufacturing company based near Upton Upon Severn is looking for a Production Operative to join their team. With a strong reputation and a high-demand customer base, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term, stable role in a growing business.

Your Role as a Production Operative:
✅ Working in a traditional factory setting, processing various types of wood.
✅ Operating a range of woodworking machinery, tools, and equipment to produce high-quality wood components.
✅ Assembling products using joint techniques, mechanical fixings, and adhesives to meet precise specifications.
✅ Carrying out general production and manufacturing tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Production experience – Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
✔ Woodworking skills – Experience in a wood product manufacturing environment is a plus.
✔ Tool handling – Comfortable using hand tools and woodworking equipment.
✔ Positive attitude – A strong work ethic and enthusiasm are key.
✔ Flexibility – Willing to work overtime when required.
