Location: North Lincolnshire Council (Hybrid – office & home-based)
Rate: £39 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for enabling independence and improving lives? Pertemps is currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated OT to join the Independent Living Team at North Lincolnshire Council. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a flexible, hybrid role where your expertise will truly make a difference.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Occupational Therapy assessments for adults in the community.
• Support individuals to live independently through tailored interventions.
• Complete assessments related to Disabled Facilities Grants (DFGs).
• Provide specialist advice and equipment related to moving and handling.
• Liaise with housing, health, and social care professionals to deliver coordinated care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with council policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in DFG assessments and moving and handling cases.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model – both independently and as part of a team.
