4 Days per Week | £835.86 per day | In-Person Requirement

We are seeking a qualified and HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist to support a London Local Authority on a 4-day per week basis. This role requires availability for in-person work.

Main Purpose of the Role

• To assist in discharging the Local Authority’s statutory duties in relation to the identification, assessment and provision for children and young people with special educational needs, including social, emotional and mental health needs.
• To provide high-quality psychological advice as part of statutory EHC needs assessments.
• To offer consultancy, guidance and support to school staff and other professionals as a key member of a multidisciplinary team.
• To strengthen early intervention and support at the SEN Support stage, enabling improved outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements

• Qualified Educational Psychologist
• Current HCPC registration
• Experience contributing to statutory assessments and EHC processes
• Strong consultative and multi-agency working skills
• Availability to undertake in-person work in London
