Childrens Social Worker – Family Help Team
North West London
Hybrid Working
£39.04 per hour

An experienced Social Worker is required to join a Family Help Team within a local authority in North West London. This is a hybrid working position, offering a flexible balance between office and home-based working.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of children and families in need of support
Completing assessments and developing care plans
Undertaking child protection investigations
Working closely with multi-agency professionals
Maintaining accurate case records and reports
Attending court proceedings where required

Requirements:

Social Work England registration
Qualified Social Worker status
Previous experience within children’s services
Strong assessment and safeguarding experience
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
