Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Adult’s Social Workers in East London 
This is to work in a Reablement Team 
The aim of the Reablement Team is to support a person to reach the maximum level of independence possible. The Reablement Team also works closely with the Admission Avoidance Discharge Service (AADS).
