Local Authority Planning, Senior Planning Officer, North London 
Pay rate to £39 per hour 
Contract role, Local Government Planning 
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Senior Planning Officer in North London 
Role Purpose  

• Support the effective renewal and regeneration of Harrow Council 

• The negotiation and case management of complex planning applications, delivering significant levels of investment within the Borough 

• The processing of planning appeals 

• The provision of specialist planning advice 
  Day to day management of pre-application processes or similar function within the area team 

• Determination of appropriate planning applications under the Scheme of Delegation 

 
This is a contract role and you will need to have experience in a similar role.
