Job Description
This school has wonderful facilities, and you will feel welcomed from day one. As a SEN Teacher at this school you will be joining an experienced team of specialist teaching and support staff, who truly care about the needs of pupils. This role requires an SEN Teacher who has previous experience teaching children with Autism, MLD or SLD, and is looking for a role where they can make a long lasting impact.
Job Role:
- Teaching a small class of Key Stage 3 Students with Special Educational Needs
- Planning and delivering lessons to meet the need of individual students
- Liaising with the SENCO and TA’s to ensure children are supported appropriately
- Making school a nurturing, welcoming and safe place for students
- Helping young people to break down academic and social barriers
- Working with an outstanding team of Special Needs Teachers and support staff
