This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Autism and a commitment to breaking down barriers to learning. You will join a collaborative team of educators who are passionate about helping every child thrive, offering both academic and emotional support.
Job Role:

• Providing 1-2-1 support for children with Autism, tailored to their individual needs.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering lessons and creating an inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting children in developing social and communication skills through structured and engaging activities.
• Managing behaviours effectively, using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques when required.
• Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure consistent and personalised support.
