Are you a passionate English Teacher with QTS looking to join a vibrant and well-resourced secondary school? A large secondary school school in East Birmingham is seeking an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join their successful department. The successful candidate will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with creative and engaging lessons that drive progress and instil a love for literature and language. You will be part of a collaborative and ambitious department where staff are valued and supported to continually develop their practice.
Job Role:
- Teaching English to Key Stage 3 and 4 students up to GCSE
- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Supporting the academic and personal development of students
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and resources
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture
- Working in a large, well-resourced school with excellent facilities
- Support from an experienced and approachable Head of Department
