The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the school’s SEND team to support students with a range of learning needs. This will include in-class support, small group interventions, and 1-2-1 sessions to help students access the curriculum and achieve their potential. You will also help with behaviour management, encourage engagement, and contribute to creating an inclusive learning environment.
