My client are a FM delivery company who provide all mechanical and electrical engineering solutions to their end clients, across central London.


They now require a foot mobile AC engineer to work on a day shift pattern working on a commercial office space contract within Zones 1 and 2 in London.


 


Day to day duties :


Working across Zones 1 & 2, moving between multiple sites on a foot basis carrying out the following:


Service/fault finding and reactive breakdown on : AHU/SPLIT/MULTI SPLIT/VRV/VRF/FCU/COMPRESSORS


Knowledge of wet systems aswell (chillers, four & two pipe fan coils systems, AHU’s etc)


The ideal candidate will be hold their FGAS category 1 and a good mechanical background.


 


In return my client Is offering the following package :


£48/50k  basic salary


Monday to Friday 8 till 5pm


No call out rota


Zones 1 & 2 reimbursed travel card


28 days holiday including bank holidays
