Adult’s Social Worker, Senior Practitioner, Birmingham 
Pay rate – to £33.33 per hour 
Contract role 
Discharge to Assess Community Team North (ABI - Acquired Brain Injury Units) 
Hybrid working – Mostly working from home however will be required to attend meetings and attend the units to support staff as required. 
Travelling:  Travel will be paid if you travel after you first journey from home to other locations.  This can be further discussed during the interview. 
You should have some understanding of Acquired Brain Injury and experience of the Continuing Health Care process. Candidates should have 
the ability to support social workers to challenge health professionals appropriately where required.
