work in undertaking assessments under the Care Act 2014, MCA 2005. Have a good knowledge and understanding of the MHA 1983 . Experience in working with MDT's, managing risks with people with diverse needs, some of who may be in hospital and under the care of forensic services requiring discharge into the community. Commissioning of services. 
Pay rate £32 ph
