We are recruiting for a Social Workers to join Worcestershire’s Adult Neurodiversity Team (ANT). This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing service that supports autistic adults and those with associated conditions to live independently and confidently. As a Social Worker in ANT, you will carry out Care Act assessments, Mental Capacity Act work, and safeguarding enquiries, while working directly with individuals, families, and networks of support. The role is about delivering practical, person-centred interventions that make a tangible difference to people’s daily lives. This could involve supporting someone to develop daily living skills, navigate services, or strengthen links within their community.
