Social Workers - Home First Hospital Team, Swansea
on a temporary basis of 3 months initially. This role is primarily based in our local hospitals and includes community work. 

• Office based 5 x days per week (Monday to Friday) 

• Primarily based in Morriston Hospital, but may also cover Singleton, Neath Port Talbot and Gorseinon. 

£38.43 per hour
