Pay rate £42 - 45 per hour  
Contract role, Access and Review Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in Milton Keynes 
This is to work in a Access and Review Team  

• Day to day operational cover of the OP Review team and Access team;  

• To provide visible leadership, direction to the team.  

• To provide supervision and line management to deputy team manager and Access team staff.  

• To ensure service budgets are monitored and controlled, to quality check and approve assessments and care plans and contact forms ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. 

• Offering support, information and guidance to unqualified workers. 

 
There is plenty of hybrid working available (Initial 2 weeks are office based. Then up to 2 days from home dependent on needs of service)
