We are seeking three Adult Social Workers to work within a Transformation team.  
Key Requirements : - Liquid Logic essential - Broad experience across different adult social care areas - Recent frontline practice and Care Act assessment experience - Knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and care package management - Office presence one day per week - All reviews conducted face-to-face (no telephone reviews) 
Pay - £32.05 per hour
