Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Assistant for their client in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. 

Role purpose: Providing an effective and efficient administrative service to the contract and it’s customers through completion of customer bookings, resolution of queries and other tasks required to meet customer requirements. 

Previous Warehouse Admin experience is essential.

Duties include:
  • Making delivery bookings with customer, via phone or email
  • Updating transport management system and liaising with warehouse
  • Updating spreadsheets and using email to communicate internally & externally
  • Making inbound bookings with hauliers for stock arriving into warehouse
  • Making outbound bookings with transport partners
  • Chasing transport for delivery ETA’s
  • Arranging stock collections from customers

Some essential skills required:
  • Good level of spoken & written English
  • Good attention to detail
  • Confident to escalate issues and answer questions to customer on email & phone

This position is Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
