Job Description

Year 4 Class Teacher – Ealing – Summer Term Start 
Pertemps Education is looking for a Year 4 Class Teacher to join a primary school in Ealing for the summer term and beyond. Pay: £190.00-£255.00 per day 
Location: Ealing 
Start date: Summer Term 
Interview date: ASAP 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop literacy, numeracy, and key skills in line with the Lower KS2 curriculum. 
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports students’ learning and well-being. 
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring lessons are accessible and stimulating
  • Regularly assess student progress using both formative and summative assessment strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance student learning and development. 
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to stay up to date with teaching best practices. 
 
Qualifications/Skills: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. 
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. 
  • Experience teaching the Primary Curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting the development of young learners.
