Learning Support Assistant – Enfield – Immediate Start 
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive difference in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide vital support to students and teachers across various subjects within a dynamic school environment. 
 
Pay: £90-£105 per day 
Location: Enfield 
Start Date: December 
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons across a range of subjects. 

• Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment in the classroom. 

• Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help with specific subjects or tasks. 

• Work closely with students to develop study skills, build confidence, and foster a love of learning. 

• Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and organising classroom resources. 

 
Requirements: 

• Experience working with young people (voluntary or paid) is desirable. 

• Recent graduate with a strong academic background. 

• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• A genuine passion for education and supporting student success. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with students and staff alike.
