The Role

• Full-time HLTA position providing PPA cover across KS1 and KS2
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
• Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing
• Working closely with class teachers and senior leaders

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification
• Has proven experience working as an HLTA in a Primary school
• Confident delivering lessons independently across KS1 and KS2
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to progress within education
