Pertemps Education are recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEN College in Hounslow that supports young adults aged 19–25 with Special Educational Needs, including ASD and Complex Needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity for compassionate, proactive, and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting learners to develop independence, life skills, and confidence in a supportive post-16 environment.
We are hiring for long-term positions as well as flexible daily supply.
The Role

• Provide 1:1 support and small group support for learners with SEN/ASD/Complex Needs
• Assist tutors in delivering tailored learning activities and life-skills sessions
• Support students with communication, engagement, and emotional regulation
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with SEN, ASD, or Complex Needs (essential)
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with Special Educational Needs
• Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
• Confident working both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable supporting learners aged 19–25
