Job Title: Service Co-ordinator
Salary: 28,000-31,000 
Location: Leicester
Type: Full-Time Monday-Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team!
As an Service Co-ordinator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling of customer orders, from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for processing incoming orders, verifying details, coordinating with inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers.
What You’ll Do:
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders as a Service co-ordinator
  • Verify product availability and work with the warehouse team.
  • Track orders and coordinate with logistics for timely shipments as a Service Co-ordinator. 
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or customer queries.
  • Ensure data integrity in our system and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Communication to the Sales Management and the Sales Representatives detailing any problems which may become apparent with the customer, independent public relations to the customers in co-ordination with all related parties as a Service Co-ordinator.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills as a Service Co-ordinator
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with order processing software as a Service Co-ordinator.
  • Previous experience in a similar role as order processor is essential
