Location: Leicester(Hybrid- Must be willing to travel around the UK for Clients)

Salary: 48,000-50,000

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert HR advice and support to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organisational development as a HR consultant
Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and deliver tailored solutions.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and legal requirements as a HR consultant.
Advise on employee engagement, retention strategies, and talent management initiatives.
Assist in the design and delivery of training programmes for clients on various HR-related topics.
Keep up to date with employment laws and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant and competitive.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing actionable HR strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

CIPD Level 5 Minimum.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Ability to think strategically and provide practical, effective HR solutions.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Drivers license as you will be expected to travel to Multi- sites.
