Pertemps Social Care is partnering with a forward-thinking local authority in Greater Manchester to launch a brand-new residential children’s home/supported living service. We’re searching for a visionary Registered Manager who’s passionate about transforming lives and shaping the future of care.

What You’ll Do as the Registered Manager

• Champion a safe, supportive, and high-performing home
• Drive excellence in care planning and service delivery
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and safeguarding standards

What You’ll Bring as the Registered Manager

• CQC Registered Manager status
• 2+ years managing a Children’s Ofsted-registered home
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
• Deep knowledge of Ofsted regulations and a commitment to best practice
