An ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Hodge Hill is looking for a KS2 Learning Support Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a full-time role running until July 2024, offering an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
 
As a KS2 Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide intervention support to pupils who are under-achieving in core subjects.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning plans.
• Support small groups and individuals to help them overcome barriers to learning.
• Contribute to maintaining the school’s high standards of academic achievement.
