Pay: £90-£100 per day
Duration: Immediate start – July 2025
School Type & Location: Secondary school, Rubery
Key Duties: Supporting students with autism across the KS3 & KS4 curriculum
 
The Role
As an SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism in their learning and personal development. Working across KS3 and KS4, you will assist in delivering tailored support, adapting resources, and ensuring students can engage effectively in lessons. You will collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement strategies that promote academic progress and social confidence.
 
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a graduate with a strong understanding of autism and a desire to pursue a career in education, psychology, or SEN support. You should be patient, empathetic, and proactive in adapting to the needs of individual students. Previous experience working with children or young people—whether in a school, tutoring, or support capacity—is highly desirable.
